At Hotel Magic Games, located in Oropesa del Mar, fun and technology come together to offer guests a unique experience. As a leading company in robotic solutions, we had the privilege of implementing our Robot Room Service, enhancing service quality and guest satisfaction.

Project Objective

The main objective was to optimize the delivery of products and games to the rooms, reducing staff workload and offering an innovative service that would surprise guests.

Our Solution

We implemented an autonomous robot with the following features:

  • 12-hour autonomy, allowing continuous operations throughout the day.

  • Integration with the elevator system, enabling movement between the hotel’s 11 floors without human intervention.

  • Secure and private delivery through password creation, ensuring that only the recipient can access the contents.

  • Friendly interaction, providing guests with a fun and modern experience.
