Bumerania has left its mark on the II International Congress of Alicante Futura 2023, participating in an outstanding round table together with innovative leaders such as FACEPHI, GDV, ALL IN BIKING, AIR PRO, MAMÁ COACH and SÚBT. As part of the City Council’s ‘Alicante Futura’ strategy, the congress focused on the theme ‘How to become an entrepreneur: an injection of stimulus with the experience of products “made by Alicante”’.
The mayor, Luis Barcala, highlighted the importance of diversifying and digitalising the local productive fabric, supporting entrepreneurs with transformative ideas. The day revolved around the successful experiences of Alicante entrepreneurs, including Bumerania, highlighting the identification of innovative ideas and the importance of facial biometrics in today’s technological era.
Bumerania shared its journey from the conception of the idea to turning it into a successful product. Emphasis was placed on the search for funding, urging perseverance, and the commercialisation of the product, stressing the need to convince buyers. The importance of building creative teams, investing in training and not being afraid of failure, a necessary step for business success, was highlighted.

The congress also included workshops for young people on AI and video games, as well as the presence of companies from Alicante in the technological field. The day culminated with a conference by journalist Marta Robles on digital advances in the media and the closing speech by Mari Carmen de España, highlighting the achievements in Alicante’s technology capital strategy.
